Mizz Packaging owns all designs and materials used for our custom boxes, bags, and stickers. We do not give or sell these boxes and bags to any third party and own all the rights of offering free samples of the boxes, and bags.

We do not take responsibility for user-generated content. We can remove content that violates our rules or the law, and we may share it when required by law.
You must provide correct and complete information when placing orders. You may not use bots or automated tools to access our site. We will take legal action against fraudulent activity. By placing an order, you confirm that you have legal authority and are of legal age.
You must protect your account details. You remain responsible for all activity under your account. By approving your order, you give us permission to use your content to create and display your products.

You agree to protect the Mizz Packaging and its partners from any claims or expenses arising from your orders, including intellectual property disputes or illegal content.
We limit our liability to the amount you paid for your order. We will not pay for any indirect or special damages or losses.
Returns and Refunds
You must report any defects or order mistakes within 3 business days with proof. We will reprint your order if the issue is from our side but do not offer refunds. You must return the entire order within 7 days to qualify.? If the problem is your fault, you must pay for the reprint.
Terms and Conditions for Orders, Payment, and Cancellation
We price all products in USD (USA dollars). We start production only after receiving full payment that includes all charges, shipping, handling fees, and taxes through our approved payment methods. You must approve your proof before printing. After approval, you cannot make changes as we instantly send printing jobs to the press department.? After the job is sent to the press, you are not allowed to ask or make changes to the artwork files and job specifications.
You may cancel your order within 4 hours of proof approval by paying a 5% cancellation fee. We do not allow cancellations after 24 hours or for design services.
We charge sales tax unless you provide a valid exemption certificate at purchase.
Artwork/file Submission
You must submit your artwork in 300 DPI CMYK format. We are not responsible for print problems caused by low resolution or incorrect color format files. You must own or have rights to all artwork submitted.
We will reject any illegal, offensive, or unauthorized orders.
Proofs and Color Accuracy
You must carefully review and approve all proofs before production. We start production only after you approve the proof. Delays in proof approval will delay your order.
Proofs might not fully show print effects or exact colors. Colors may vary due to printing methods, and we do not reprint for color differences.
Printing and Quantity
We at Mizz Packaging avoid gang printing unless best suited for your order. We generally send 5% extra products without charging you. We bill you only for the quantity you receive.
